Meet the Owner
Hi Everyone! My name is Rebecca and I am the Owner and Founder of Lotus in June Co. In addition to being a business owner, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in a middle school setting. Handcrafting soaps is one of my practices of self-care. My hope is to support local farms and provide you natural and nourishing products.
Lotus in June Co. started as a hobby and flourished into a small woman-owned business in 2024. Once gifted a goat milk soap from a friend and learning the amazing benefits of goat milk, this became the basis of our business.
Handcrafted goat milk soap made in small batches. Handmade, hand poured, and hand cut. Soap ingredients include locally sourced goat milk, natural and plant-based oils, butters, and dried herbs, seeds and florals.
Locally sourced ingredients including the goat milk we use, along with locally sourced honey for our Milk & Honey bar, helps support small farms in our area.
We have a variety of soaps and collections including our all-natural ingredients Essentials Collection. This particular collection uses essential oils and natural colorants such as sea clay and kaolin clay, and does not contain artificial soap colorants or soap fragrances.
Each bar of soap is cured for a minimum of 4 weeks.
No nasties! No parabens. No palm oil. No detergents. Phthalate free.
Give your skin the love it deserves with our nourishing and moisturizing goat milk soap. Our soaps are the perfect addition to your shower, bath or washroom. These soaps make the perfect gift for yourself, and your family and friends. Our products are available to purchase online and at local markets, festivals, and craft shows. Subscribe to our Quarterly Newsletter or check our Blog to find the next market or show near you!
Our products are currently featured at Lashes by Lindsey in Lansdale, PA, and we are hoping to expand our availability at other locations in the near future.
Let’s talk benefits.
Great for nourishing your skin without leaving it dry. Goats milk has a similar pH level that of human skin, and has a variety of proteins and nutrients that help retain the moisture of skin.
Less allergenic than other soaps.
Considered an antimicrobial and antiseptic soap. There are several research articles that we have read considering the antimicrobial qualities and probiotic effects of goat milk.
Considered a natural exfoliant. Due to the lactic acid in goat milk, this acts as an exfoliant to remove any dead skin cells.
**Please note that by listing these benefits we are not making any health or medical claims, we are purely stating the information and facts founded by research.
